with our care subscription service you always have the desired care product at the right time in your house. We take over the planning and delivery for you according to your specifications. So you always have the care product of your choice available without risk and without contract time commitment. Your desired product will be sent to you regularly in the desired delivery interval from us, and this for most items even at the subscription savings price.

Select all desired articles. On the respective article pages you will find a corresponding "subscription button". After selecting the subscription button you can choose the delivery interval. Next to the button you will also find the valid subscription price.
You can choose the desired delivery interval (cycle) for your care subscription between 1 and 6 months. By the way, you can mix your order with normal articles. Use the conventional shopping cart button for articles to be delivered once.
After we receive your order, we will prepare your subscription for shipment. After shipping, the invoice amount will be debited from your account via SEPA direct debit or your credit card will be charged.
If you want to suspend or change your subscription, you have the possibility to do so until the 7th day before shipment. The same applies to the termination of the care subscription. You will find the date of the upcoming shipment of the subscription on your order confirmation of the current subscription shipment as well as in your customer account. If you would like to have a customer account at a later date, please send us an email to online@kokett-kosmetik.de. The customer account has the advantage that you can view and change your orders and delivery dates at any time.
You can also view your delivery dates in your customer account. There you can also change your payment terms if you wish. Currently we offer payment by credit card and payment by direct debit for nursing subscriptions. Please note that the delivery address must be the same as the billing address.
Subscriptions can be cancelled with a notice period of 7 days before the shipping date. You can do this in your customer account or alternatively by email to online@kokett-kosmetik.de.
You can also participate in all other promotions such as koketti bonus points or discount promotions independently of the care subscription.
