With our care subscription service you always have the desired care product at the right time in the house. We take care of the planning and delivery according to your specifications. So you always have the care product of your choice without risk and without contract time commitment available. You receive your desired product regularly in the desired Lieferainterwall sent by us, and this with most articles even at the subscription-saving price.

Description:

  • Select all desired items. On the respective article pages you will find a corresponding "subscription button". After selecting the subscription button, you can select the delivery interval. In addition to the button, you will also find the applicable subscription price.
  • You can choose the desired delivery interval (cycle) for your care subscription between 1 and 6 months. By the way, you can also mix your order with normal items. For items to be delivered once, use the conventional shopping cart button.
  • After your order is received, we will make your subscription ready to ship. After shipping, the invoice amount will be withdrawn from your account via SEPA direct debit or your credit card will be charged.
  • If you would like to suspend or change your care subscription, you have the opportunity until the 7th day before shipment. The same applies to the termination of the care subscription. You will find the date of the respectively forthcoming subscription dispatch on your order confirmation of the current subscription delivery as well as in your customer account. If you want a customer account later, please send us an email to online@kokett-kosmetik.de. The customer account has the advantage that you can view and change your orders and delivery dates at any time.
  • You can also see your delivery dates in your customer account. There you can also change your terms of payment if you wish. Currently we offer for care subscriptions the payment by credit card and the payment by direct debit. Please note that the delivery address must correspond to the billing address here.
  • Subscription cancellations can be terminated with a notice of 7 days before the dispatch date. You can do this in your customer account or alternatively by e-mail to online@kokett-kosmetik.de.
  • Regardless of the care subscription, you can also take part in all other promotions such as koketti bonus points or discounts.
